This looks like something out of Saw III. Unfortunately it’s (allegedly) my tax dollars at work.

Granted, this man is probably not up for nice guy of the year award, but still.. Future soldiers will fight on rather than surrender and be subjected to possible U.S. torture. Actions like this just ensure more deaths on all sides down the road..
